what we did
A concert devoted to Bach's interest in Italian music. In 1746 he rewrote Giovanni Battista Pergolesi's Stabat Mater, adding ornaments and replacing the Latin text with Psalm 51 in German. Recorded at Theatro São Pedro, Porto Alegre.
